SALES:

Once checked out there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES until products are received.

Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Items are eligible for return of exchange within 14 days of receipt. Buyer will incur any shipping charges incurred.

Your Petty Friend is a Worldwide registered trademark. Use of the name and logo, photos, graphics, and images without the prior written consent from Your Petty Friend is strictly prohibited. 

ORDERS:

All items on the Web-shop are in stock.

However orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.

We will send you a tracking confirmation as soon as processing & handling is completed for Domestic (USA) & International (WORLDWIDE).

Due to the high demand of items, there is limited stock on each item, so if a customer order error occurs, all sales are considered final. 

In the event of any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

PAYMENTS:

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DISCOVER.

Payment of duty & tax for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

FLASH SALE:

Represent the sale of goods lasting for only a short period of time. You will have a limited amount of time to purchase the goods that are for sale. They are first come first serve basis and once sold out will not be replenished. For any reason if you are in the process of checking out, another customer can complete the checkout/purchase of the last remaining item.
